Staff Engineer
(Frontend)

• Establish the long-term technical vision for our frontend ecosystem to ensure cross-product scalability.

• Own the evolution of core design systems and shared infrastructure to accelerate development across the global team.

• Lead deep-dive refactoring and architectural shifts to address sophisticated performance and state management challenges.

• Drive engineering excellence by setting the standard for testing strategies, security protocols, and code quality.

• Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies and frameworks to keep our stack at the leading edge.

• Partner with Product and Backend heads to influence the technical roadmap and ensure end-to-end system integrity.

• Foster a culture of technical mastery by mentoring Senior Engineers and leading high-level design reviews.

9~10 years of experience in Frontend software development.

​Must have:

​

• Expertise in designing resilient, multi-application frontend architectures and micro-frontends.

• Strong expertise in React (Hooks, functional components, modern patterns).

• Excellent command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

• Hands-on experience with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, etc.).

• Strong understanding of performance optimization and browser behavior.

• Experience consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.

• Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows.

• Working knowledge of Angular.

• Experience with TypeScript.

• Familiarity with Next.js or server-side rendering.

• Front-end testing experience (Jest, Cypress).

• Startup experience and product ownership mindset.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for a technical audience.

• Willingness to take ownership of problems and seek solutions to meet customer needs.

• Ability to apply creative problem-solving through ambiguity.

• Ability to work under remote supervision and with a minimum of direct oversight.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
